Shipping
We are constantly thriving to improve our delivery methods in terms of reliability, cost and efficiency. However, we are depending on the efficacy of delivering companies. The Shipping methods we have chosen are displayed during check out. They may include UPS, US Mail or other delivery companies we have judged worthy of delivering our products. We may add or remove methods depending on the results and cooperation of the delivery companies involved.
Returns
Your complete satisfaction is our main concern. Therefore we will do everything in our power to please you.
All products purchased from Naprodis.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. In general, we will take care of all Shipping charges for the return whenever the error is ours.
There are several reasons for a return.
The product you received is not the one you ordered. The error is ours and we will take care of all the costs involved in its refund or replacement.
The product you ordered has been damaged. Although not our fault, it is certainly not yours; therefore we will take care of all the costs involved in its refund or replacement.
The product you ordered does not meet your expectations. We'll be sorry to hear that, but we will refund the product without questions. However, we will not be able to cover the costs of shipping involved in the return of the product.
Returns exceptions
Large quantities, and bulk products can only be returned after contacting our sales department and will be evaluated on a point to point basis.
Exchanges
If the error is not incumbent to us, products can still be exchanged easily. The item (s) returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
