Our Heritage:
The history of Phytergon began in 1985 with the creation of Les Laboratoires Phytergon in France under the direction of Dr. Paul F. Petit.
The company's mission was to research, develop, and manufacture natural products marketed under the Phybiosis® brand. The name Phytergon is derived from two Greek words: Phyto – meaning plant Ergon – meaning work. Together, they express the philosophy that has guided the company from the beginning: The work of plants - (using the natural properties of botanicals) to promote health, well-being, and the body's intrinsic balance.
Our Journey In 1991:
Phybiosis products were introduced to the United States while continuing to be manufactured in France. To better serve the North American market, Phytergon LLC was established in the United States in 2018, again under the leadership of Dr. Paul F. Petit. Since then, Phybiosis products have been manufactured in the United States, continuing a tradition of quality that began more than three decades earlier.
Today, Phytergon combines decades of formulation experience with modern manufacturing practices to produce high-quality natural wellness and personal care products. Our Mission has remained unchanged since 1985. We are committed to developing natural products that help support overall wellness and promote the body's intrinsic balance.
